HEALTH AND SAFETY

FIRE ALARM: If you hear the fire alarm you should line up behind the teacher ande walk to the nearest exit. You must walk in a line behind each other to the left-hand side and the teacher will call your name from the register in alphabetical order. If your name is called and you don't say "here" the teacher will know that you are still in the building.
WATER SPILLAGE: If you see some spilt water tell an adult straight away and they will tidy it up with a mop and bucket. They will then put a safety cone down so that you don't slip over.
BLUE PETER GREEN BADGE AWARD
In December, 2011, Jamie T received a letter from the Blue Peter team which read as follows:

Thank you for sending us your picture and for telling us all about the Eco activities you do at school. We can see that you've put a lot of work into it and liked it so much that we're awarding you a Green Blue Peter Badge, which is especially for Blue Peter viewers who care about the environment. We hope you'll enjoy wearing it!

JACK AND THE HORRIBLE WITCH

One day in old London there was a teenager named Jack. At school lunchtime he and his friends agreed to draw straws, and whoever had the longest one had to take a dare. Jack was the one! At midnight he would have to try and get rid of the wicked witch.
At midnight Jack went to the middle of the dark forest. He was gone for hours and nobody knew where he was. Jack arrived at the witch's den. The witch saw him. The witch was making poison. Jack sneaked behind the witch, disguised as an old man, then....
