HOW TO TURN YOUR HEADTEACHER INTO A TOAD

Ingredients:

1.  One crab eye.

2.  Four tails of mice.

3.  Six bunny hairs.

4.  Two pencil leads.

Instructions:

Grate the crab's eye and put it into a bowl. then cut the mice tails into sixty pieces.  Put them with the crab's eye and boil them for six seconds in water.  Then, quickly put the bunny hairs in with them.  Next, smash the pencil leads.  Put them in the micro-wave for two seconds, and add them in.  Afterwards, offer the Headteacher a cup of tea then put the mixture in.  In four minutes your Headteacher will turn into a toad.  This could last forever!

"Very entertaining Sophie," said Miss O'Sullivan, "I shall tell Mr Middleditch to watch his tea from now on."

"Good try Sophie," said Mr Middleditch, "but I never drink tea, and I certainly won't start now!"

THANK YOU LETTER FROM LITTLE MARY

by Ellie

Dear Mr Brown,

Thank you for bringing Bluebell back.

I am so lucky that you brought her back.  How could I ever thank you?  I was so scared when she went; I have only had her for two years and I am five years old.  I would be so upset if she went missing for a long time, so when you brought Blubell back I was over the moon.

I have lost Blubell before and she was lost for days and days and days, until I heard a csratch on my door.  It was Blubell!  One time it was Christmas and I was scared because my dad was going to eat her.  I forced my dad not to eat her, so he gave her to me.

Yours sincerely,

Little Mary.

NEWS

by William

At the weekend I went on a bike ride.  It was very cold!  The worst bit was when I forgot a warm coat, jacket or jumper.  Luckily, Little Jack very kindly lent me his coat.  We both had fun, although we both nearly froze!

Me, L-J, Else, Benjamin, Mummy, Olivia and Big Jack all went to town.  We all went to Debenhams for lunch.  I had a roll and a chocolate Santa - that's it.

After, we split up and I went to Woolies, then the bank. I nearly went in Game.  I bought two dragon castles.

What an entertaining piece of news!  Accurate spelling and punctuation, written in paragraphs.
